How can yu delete the updates not required,as not all the updates are for UK vehicles

HI I have uninstalled the vehicle as suggested,but when I download the update the
vehicle comes back in the vehicle list. But the update has gone from the update list as
expected. When then uninstall the vehicle the update goes back into the update list
How do I delete updates that's not required for the vehicles which are not in the U.K
